Fred Herriot

Fred is one of the most productive Sailor Moon (and probably overall) fanfic writers on the net. He writes mostly crossovers with a variety of series and his own cast of characters. He's also written a College Life vignette titled "When Sisters Come Calling". His fanfics can be found on RAAC with some of his artwork being found here :) In his own words, "All the pics are black india ink, coloured pencils for skin tones and and a mix of markers and coloured pencils for the clothing."
